Verge.io is a software company that specializes in building tools to help manage and automate data center operations. The company was founded in 2018 by a group of experienced IT professionals who wanted to create a platform that would make it easier for data center managers to manage their infrastructure and resources. One of the major tenets of Verge.IO is to overcome some of the shortfalls with traditional hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) via its advanced, "ultra-converged infrastructure" (UCI.)
